Due to the handmade nature of our products, all candle sales are final.

We only offer replacements or refunds if:

• Your order arrives damaged.

• You receive the wrong product.

To request assistance:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Include your order number and photos of the issue.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
